These recipes can be made in advance and are a guideline for creating simply delicious meals. We
encourage you to get creative and use what is available in your market or kitchen. Most supermarkets carry
these ingredients, except for the concentrates; functional foods that effect the way you look and feel and are
far superior to any other foods generally available. They are made in the USA by our manufacturer Sunrider
International, in our pharmaceutical grade manufacturing facility and are based on tremendous philosophies

Sweet Cherry Soup
Makes 2-3 servings










A perfect soup or starter for the holidays!

3 cups cherries, pitted
1½ cups water or coconut water
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 T honey or 3 dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp cardamom powder

~Concentrates~
2 scoops/packets Mixed Berry NuPlus®
2 T Vitafruit®

Combine all ingredients in a blender
and blend until smooth. Serve warm
or chill for 1 hour before serving.

*You can use reconstituted dried
cherries in place of fresh or frozen.


Razzy-Blueberry
Makes 1 serving










½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup of ice if using fresh fruit

~Concentrates~
1 scoop/packet Mixed Berry NuPlus®
1 packet Raspberry Fortune Delight®

Combine all ingredients in a blender
and puree until smooth. Add more orange
juice or water as needed to achieve desired
consistency.
Caesar Salad with "Cheesy" Garlic Crumble
Makes 2-3 servings










8 cups romaine leaves or mixed greens

1 cup water
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup pine nuts
½ cup olive oil
2 T chickpea or white miso
2-4 garlic cloves
1 T dried oregano
1 tsp white pepper
1 large date
pinch sea salt

~Concentrates~
1 scoop Regular or Simply Herbs NuPlus®
3 drops SunnyDew®

Blend ingredients on high speed until completely smooth.
Pour over romaine lettuce leaves or mixed greens and serve
with “Cheesy” Garlic Crumble. Garnish with hemp seeds.

"Cheesy" Garlic Crumble
Instead of crutons, try this cheesy -nutty concoction.

2 cups macadamia nuts or pine nuts or a combination.
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt

~Concentrates~
1 scoop Regular NuPlus®
2 T nutritional flakes (optional)

Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend until nuts are
finely ground. The nutritional flakes and garlic will blend
with the nuts and make a soft and crunchy crumble topping.
Enjoy over any soup or salad.

Note: I bring a little of this with me when I go to restaurants
along with an avocado to make my salads more “gourmet”.

Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks when stored in
an air tight glass container.

Creamy & Dreamy Brownies
Makes 8-10 servings

Brownie Base
2 cup walnuts or pecans, ground
1½ cup dates, pitted
¼ cup cacao or carob powder
1 tsp vanilla flavor

~Concentrates~
1 scoop Regular NuPlus®

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend
until mixture is soft and crumbly. Press into a small
square or round pan ½ inch thick. Top with frosting,
chill until set and serve with hot Calli® tea, 60 second
Nut Milk or another decadent beverage from this
book.

Frosting- optional, but some say is a must!
1 cup coconut butter
½ cup honey or agave
¼ cup cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla flavor

~Concentrates~
1 scoop Regular NuPlus®

Melt coconut butter until soft.  Add agave or honey
and vanilla and mix by hand. Add cacao powder and
mix until smooth. Pour on top of brownie bottom. 
Chill until frosting sets.

Tip: Use brownie frosting as a dip for fresh sliced
apples, figs, pears or bananas & strawberries.
Makes a great frosting for cookies and can be rolled
into truffles after it sets in the freezer.
Warm and Nutty Cinnamon Quinoa
Makes 2-3 servings
1 cup quinoa, prepared (see below)
1 cup almond milk
2 cups fresh blackberries or blueberries
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
5 drops SunnyDew® or 4 tsp yacon or
honey

~Concentrates~
2 scoops/packets NuPlus® (any flavor)

For the quinoa:
1 cup quinoa, washed and drained
2 cups water
pinch sea salt

Combine washed with SunSmile® Rinse
and drained quinoa with water in a pot and
bring to a boil. Turn temperature down to
low simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from
heat and allow remaining liquid to be
absorbed. Fluff with a fork, cool a little.
Pour almond milk over quinoa, add
NuPlus®
and your favorite berries, sweetener or
sliced fruit. Top with chopped pecans.

*For a delightful treat, add:

Macadamia Whipped “Cream”

2 cups macadamia nuts
6 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked
(Unless
they are really soft)
1 tsp vanilla flavor or ¼ tsp vanilla powder
½ cup water or enough to make mixture
smooth and creamy

~Concentrates~
1 scoop Regular NuPlus®

Add all ingredients to blender and blend
until smooth. Add more water if necessary
to thin it out. Serve on any pies or
brownies.
